Spicebush (Lindera benzoin) A deciduous shrub in the Laurel Family (Lauraceae) Mrs. Stone lived on a hillside south of Lambertville, NewJersey, on a one lane road called Coon Path. It was whileworking for her as a teenager that I first found a Spicebushalso known as Lindera Benzoin. Usually found as an understorymulti-stemmed shrub, it had found its home on her property in acommon location for this native plant, as an under story shrubto a wet woodlands site, and right on top of her drip springthat fed into a cistern that supplied her house with water. Oneof my regular tasks for her was to cut it back and keep theintake lines to the cistern open. Being a vigorous grower inthese conditions, I got to see this plant at all times of theyear as I maintained this cistern. In the spring it was early tobloom sometimes beginning in January. How to Buy Infants’ Best Educational Toys?

by E-NewsCast Team
September 30th, 2009

Buying educational toys for infants can be difficult, because infants seem to do so little that educating them right after birth might strike you as a bit rushed. By giving your infant the right stimulation, you can ward off such problems and groom your baby for pre-school and the challenges that follow.

Every parent wants the best of everything for their child, but sometimes it is hard to know what is best when there are so many choices and opinions. Choosing toys for your child can be stressful because of the sheer number of factors you have to consider before making

Let Romance Motivate Us

by E-NewsCast Team
September 30th, 2009

What motivates a tiger to run after his prey? The desire to get his meal. What motivates the prey to run away from tiger? The desire to save his life. That is why, many times, the prey outruns the tiger. The desire to save life gives motivation much beyond the desire to get a meal. To work towards a goal, all of us need motivation. Some of us work to achieve success so that they can to prove themselves in front of their friends. Some work to get more money and live a more comfortable life. Wallpaper Border Tips

by E-NewsCast Team
September 29th, 2009

A wall-covering integrated with the correct Wallpaper Border can greatly enhanced the entire room decoration – with a little a touch of professionalism, creativity and a few basic skills thrown in. Some of these tips may be helpful while hanging Borders for your wall.

First of all, decide which corner of the wall you want to start installing the Wallpaper Border. As for the height, a chair rail height is commonly used but need not be compulsory. Go for a design, which will best complement the overall décor of the room.

You can create beautiful architectural features by applying Wallpaper Borders around doors and windows. For example, outlining with thin strips from the border can really accentuate the shape of doors and windows, especially if you happen to have those big, ugly traditional ones.

Ceilings are often overlooked while decorating with Wallpaper Borders. What many people don’t know is that installing borders

Do You Know What You Are Eating?

by E-NewsCast Team
September 29th, 2009

With all the news about Splenda of late and the FTC, I had a client ask me the other day, “so what’s the deal with Splenda, it’s just sugar that has been processed!”. I asked him if he knew what Splenda was and he said no.

The chemical name for Splenda is:

“4,1,6-trichlorogalatosucrose” or TGSanother name is:

“1,6-dichloro-1,6-dideoxy-beta-D-fructofuranosyl-4-chloro-4-deoxy-alpha-D-glactopyranoside” or:

“chlorosucrose”

In other words, this is not just sugar, it’s chlorine, you are eating chlorine! Lots of it too, not just the trace amounts that are found in some foods…

Wow, that sounds like pretty natural sugar to me!

You know, Antifreeze is pretty sweet too, and we all know that does when you eat it.

Most people will never know what they are putting into their bodies until it’s to late. Most people assume that because the FDA has approved the use of a product, it is okay, like using Seldane, Fen-Phen and Vioxx, all medications that
