The point about lacking self discipline overlaps procrastination.

Both issues are closely related to trawling the internet and getting sidetracked by things that don’t contribute to our roles, goals and priorities.

As a teacher, I see teenagers getting distracted all the time, particularly by two things:

1. social networking sites
2. their phones

I guess it’s not just kids that have those issues!
