<p>There are actually quite a few mediocre herbal breast enhancement products on the market today, mostly sold online or in herbal supplement shops, so a buyer must be prudent in shopping around for quality.  Non-surgical breast enhancement alternatives can be in the form of a device (like Brava or other breast suction devices), which are worn kind of like a large bra and must be used several times a day or for several hours. Herbal breast enhancement products (which generally use phytoestrogen or plant estrogen synthesis technology to stimulate the mammary glands and promote breast tissue growth), natural breast growth promotion supplements (non-phytoestrogen), and even hypnosis are other forms of non-surgical breast enhancement gaining popularity as alternatives to surgery.</p>
<p>Herbal breast enhancement products like Bloussant, Erdic and the like, use phytoestrogen technology to boost breast growth.  The only problem with traditional herbal breast enhancement products like this is that sometimes the effects may not last, due to a sudden spike in the bodyâ€™s estrogen, and the subsequent release of the estrogen gained during the usage of the product results in loss of some of or all of the breast tissue growth once the supplement is discontinued. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have the privilege of working with motivated athletes and theyall exhibit a high degree of self discipline. Often, one of thehardest things to do is to get them not to train, or to rest andrecover. Training can be a slippery slope. You have to balancethe right amount of stress with the right amount of rest. Eventhough you may be a disciplined athlete, training disciplinemeans performing the right volume, intensity, and work out andthen allowing your body to recover from it. It also meansknowing when not to train. Training too hard can be moredetrimental than not enough.Too many athletes confuse high volume training with high qualitytraining. Just increasing the amount your run or ride will notnecessarily get you faster. You have to choose the right workouts to train your weakness and capitalize on your strengths.Training should be a slow steady progression. If you add 10 moreintervals to what you accomplished last week, the first 3 mayhave been beneficial, and the last 7 counter productive. Aproper plan will not increase overall volume more than about 8%per week with a maximum of 10%. Try to keep these numbers inmind when you design your plan. Another common mistake is training too hard in the weeks leadingup to a race. Depending on your event you should taper yourtraining for 1-2 weeks or more. In this time overall volume goesdown while intensity stays up. The purpose of this is to haveyou fully rested while maintaining a high level of fitness. Someathletes find it hard to taper their training and feel they areunder training before their event. As Chris Carmichael once toldme, â€œthere is nothing you can do the week of a race to increasefitness, but there is everything you can do to screw it up.â€ If you are sick, overstressed, or generally feel like you need aday off it is best to take it. Always consider the quality ofyour work out. If you are just going through the motions and donot have the energy to complete your work outs as prescribed,rest would be more beneficial than additional stress.It is important to have a written plan. A plan is not a generalrecommendation but a deliberate course of action. You should beable to see your progression from block to block. The â€œcloseenoughâ€ attitude is not a good habit to get into. It is betterto have the satisfaction of completing your work out asprescribed. Try not to make too many adjustments during yourwork outs. If you do need to change your plan or miss a work outmake sure you adjust your other weeks to compensate.Training discipline means having a good plan and sticking to it.It means training smart, not just hard. If you are confusedabout your training consult with a licensed coach. Often a onehour consultation can get you on the right track.</p>

It&#8217;s an awareness of the overall health benefits of a high fiber diet. The most typical dish common to all of our March menus is corned  beef and cabbage. Delicious, but enjoy it with a sprinkling of advice from Fiberlady. With all due respect to Irish culture and tradition, Fiberlady must stay true to her mission.</p>
<p>Opt for high fiber foods. St. Patrick&#8217;s Day is the ideal time to offer all of those green foods that you know are so beneficial to all of the leprechauns in your life. Besides the obvious green lettuce, share some broccoli, Swiss chard, spinach, green beans, asparagus and green peas. Not only are these green foods enormously healthy, many of them help curb heart disease, lower cholesterol and inhibit some cancers.</p>
<p>Heart disease is the leading factor of death for American men and women today. To add salt to the wound, more than 95 million Americans have high cholesterol, a major contributor to heart disease.</p>
<p>Saturated fats are the major culprit in raising blood cholesterol. Those who have high cholesterol levels should be watching their entire diet, not just the meat portion. Reducing the amount of fatty foods is as important as choosing leaner cuts of red meat when trying to lower cholesterol. Protect yourself and those you love against heart disease and high cholesterol by eating more fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p>Exercising regularly, maintaining a normal body weight, choosing unsaturated fats and including 20-35 grams of high fiber in your daily diet will all contribute to a healthier you, whether you are Irish or not so Irish.</p>
<p>Preparing the ever popular corned beef supper this season can be less damaging to the arteries if you reduce your portion of fatty corned beef. No need to eliminate it entirely, just include more accompaniments such as fiber-rich cabbage and turnips. Whole grain Irish soda bread can be served to round out a high fiber menu for the St. Patrick&#8217;s meal.</p>

<p>Corned Beef with Cabbage and Boiled Vegetables Makes 6 servings</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>1Â¼ pounds corned beef, trimmed of all visible fat<br/> 1 small head green cabbage, cored and cut into 6 wedges<br/> 18 baby carrots<br/> 6 small purple-top turnips, peeled and halved<br/> 1 cup pearl onions or small pickling onions<br/> 6 small red potatoes, scrubbed and left whole<br/></p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>1. Bring the corned beef and enough water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, until almost tender, about 1Â½ hours.</p>
<p>2. Add the cabbage, carrots, turnips, onions, and potatoes to the pan; return to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, partially covered, until the vegetables and corned beef are fork tender, about 45 minutes.</p>
<p>3. Transfer the corned beef to a platter and carve into slices. Lift the vegetables from the broth with a slotted spoon and serve with the corned beef.</p>
<p>Per serving (1/6 of dinner): Calories: 320; Total Fat: 12 grams; Fiber: 7 grams</p>
<p>Irish Brown Soda Bread<Br> 12 Servings <br/></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>4 cups whole wheat flour<Br> 1 cup bread flour<br/> 1/3 cup rolled oats<Br> 1 teaspoon baking soda<br/> 1 teaspoon salt<br/> 2 1/2 cups buttermilk<br/></p>
<p>Preparation:</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease two baking sheets.</p>
<p>2. In a large bowl, stir together whole wheat flour, white flour, rolled oats, baking soda and salt. Gently mix in the buttermilk until a soft dough is formed. Knead very lightly. Divide dough into 4 pieces; form into rounded flat loaves. Mark each loaf with an &#8216;X&#8217; and place on prepared baking sheets.</p>
<p>3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.</p>
<p>Per serving: Calories: 206; Total Fat: 1.5 grams; Fiber: 5.4 grams</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The largest city in Arizona and the ninth largest city in the country, Phoenix lies in the valley of the Salt River in a dry river basin known as The Valley of the Sun. The original inhabitants, the ancient Hohokam Indians knew about irrigation techniques and could farm the area for centuries but mysteriously disappeared between 1200-1300 AD. Spanish explorers passed through, but never stayed. Americans arrived during the Civil War when the U.S. army established a post and shortly after a settlement grew in the former Hohokam community. Named after the mythical bird that rose from its own ashes, the city, like the bird, defies nature. Itâ€™s modern skyscrapers rise above the dry desert to support a thirsty population of more than a million people. Phoenix has a unique character made up of Indian, Spanish, and Wild West influences that compete against a towering background of gleaming high-rise architecture. Its perpetual sun and warm climate  attract winter-averse people of all ages, mostly retirement age.</p>
<p>Things to See in Phoenix:</p>
<p>â€¢ Arizona Capitol Museum</p>
<p>Designed by James Reily Gordon of San Antonio, the Arizona Territorial Capitol (and later State Capitol) was completed in 1901. Made of native Arizona tufa and granite, the Capitol is crowned with a brilliant copper dome donated by the state copper industry. Adorning this shiny, new-penny crown stands the chalky white statue/weather vane, &#8220;Winged Victory.&#8221;</p>
<p>This Capitol-turned-museum no longer functions as a &#8220;working statehouse,&#8221; (the official state business takes place in the modern buildings flanking the museum) and therefore has the privilege of preserving the building&#8217;s authentic antiquity. Not being used as a statehouse serving a growing population of state employees, the building escaped the blows of 1960s modernization and maintained its turn-of the-century charm. It is quintessentially quaint. For example, the spittoons in the Congressional Chambers recall a more rough-hewn governmental body, and the old-fashioned wrought-iron elevator cage throughout the building&#8217;s four floors reminds visitors of the early days of the clinking-clanging Otis invention. Little treasures like these appear often, reminiscent of simpler, slower times. Furthermore, nosy tourists get to peek and poke around much more openly than in a functioning statehouse with its state secrets and all. For example, you can visit the preserved 19th century Governor&#8217;s office (complete with the wax figure of the first state executive, Governor Hunt), the Secretary of State&#8217;s office, the State Veterinarian&#8217;s office (very interesting) and the Mine Inspector&#8217;s office (also very interesting, especially the 19th century mining caps with little kerosene lamps on top that miners had to set aflame and wear on their heads before the invention of flashlight-equipped hard hats.)</p>
<p>Check it out . . . Look for the Vietnam War memorial in the Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza nearby. A realistic war sculpture; the detail of the three soldiers is heartbreaking.</p>
<p>â€¢ Historic Heritage Square</p>
<p>Historic Heritage Square is a part of Heritage &#038; Science Park that includes the Arizona Science Center and Phoenix Museum of History. The historic square consists of eight beautifully restored houses dating back from Phoenixâ€™s first settlement. Styles of houses range from the elegant Victorian Eastlake architecture to humbler regional styled homes. The Victorian â€œRosson House,â€ for example was a prominent home in Phoenix during the late 1800s and serves today as the cornerstone of the neighborhood. The â€œDuplex,â€ on the other hand, the youngest of the homes on the block, represents the typical Arizonan house with its sleeping porches of canvas and wood panels pushed out at night to admit the cool desert breeze. The â€œBouvier-Teeter Houseâ€ shows the Midwestern bungalow style. These restored residential treasures from the original Phoenix townsite share the neighborhood block with modern museums, shops and restaurants. The â€œBouvier-Teeter Houseâ€ for example, is now a restaurant serving Victorian Tea, and the â€œStevens Houseâ€ is a doll and toy museum.</p>
<p>â€¢ Pueblo Grande Museum</p>
<p>Pueblo Grande Museum is a 102-acre park located on the ruins of the ancient Hohokam village, settled by prehistoric Hohokam people who lived in central and southern Arizona from about 100 to 1450 AD. Expert farmers, they built hundreds of miles of canals to irrigate their crops of corn, beans, squash, and cotton. Living in adobe villages, the Hohokam created red-on-buff pottery, wove beautiful textiles and made shell jewelry. Historians estimate that either drought, floods or internal strife, forced the Hohokam to abandon the Salt River Valley in the fifteenth century. The museum focuses on the Hohokam people and their Salt River Valley lifestyle of agriculture, canal building, craft production, trade and astronomy. Visitors can explore the ruins of an 800 year-old platform mound, a ballcourt, and reproductions of prehistoric Hohokam homes. The site also includes the last remaining intact Hohokam irrigation canals.</p>
<p>â€¢ The Hall of Flame Fire Museum and National Firefighting Hall of Heroes,</p>
<p>What better site to establish a firefighting museum than in the city associated with rising from ashes? Sponsored by the National Historical Fire Foundation, the museum has almost an acre of fire history exhibitsâ€”the largest collection of firefighting equipment in the world dating back to1725, including fire engines and some very peculiar fire extinguishers. The Hall of Flame also sponsors the National Firefighting Hall of Heroes, which honors firefighters who went beyond the call of duty, the real-life Phoenixes.</p>
