Get yourself a domain and any real webhosting and you can do whatever you want with your blog….

host a web server on your computer at home and get a tinyurl to it… have your web server listen on some random obscure port or maybe even the VNC port. open it on your router and set it to forward. that would be the most inexpensive option….
