		<description>This was a great post.  You really took it back to the basics which is what people need.  There&#039;s a lot of nutritional information out here in the &quot;information&quot; age, but the basic knowledge like the four food group chart cannot be neglected.  I house is only as strong as it&#039;s foundation.  I wonder how many schools in America have a chart of the 4 food groups in their cafeteria.
